Return Policy

At TDs Hub, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) under the following terms:

1. Return Period
You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as final sale

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 507-884-8199 to obtain a return authorization. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. 

5. Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
